Fees and Limits

We offer secure and convenient cryptocurrencies exchange for our registered users.
The deposit of customer's account is possible in cryptocurrencies and fiat currency (EUR). After an account’s replenishment, you can make an order. Additionally, the cryptocurrencies purchase is possible directly by via customer’s payments cards.
After the order is complete the customers can withdraw cryptocurrency to their outside e-wallet or to keep on the internal e-wallet.
The customers can to withdraw a fiat currency from the sales of cryptocurrencies only following deposit into their bank account.
We charge the fees on a per-trade basis. You authorize us, or our designated payment processor, to charge or deduct your FOXCHANGE account funds for any applicable fees owed in connection with trade operation you complete via the services.
A minimum deposit for the account is 25 EUR. A minimum of the trade’s amount is 20 EUR. A minimum withdrawal from the account is 25 EUR.

1. Account deposit

• Please note, that in some cases, your bank may charge additional fees for the transfer operations between your bank account and your FOXCHANGE account. Any fees imposed by your external account provider will not be displayed on the transaction screens, containing information regarding applicable fees. You are solely responsible for paying any fees imposed by an external account provider;
• We do not accept any payments made via a third-party source:
  • You must only use payment methods that are under your name and lawfully belong to you;
  • We reserve the right to require proof from you at any time. Failure to comply with this requirement will lead to your payment being frozen or canceled;
  • We reserve the right to apply a penalty-processing fee if a third-party payment was made;
• Your payment details must include full information in order to identify your payment and process it accordingly;
• Normally, funds deposit will be credited to your balance within 5 business days;
• We will not accept payments made via a proxy transfer services like Transferwise, Forex etc, where we cannot identify the payment origin.
• Non-compliance with any of these rules will result in your payment being returned back to you. Processing fee will vary of 25 – 100 EUR (depends case by cases). By completing a payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these requirements;
• If your Credit/Debit Card deposit was unsuccessful, please try depositing again, while checking that:
  • You enter your card details correctly;
  • You use a valid (not expired) card;
  • You have sufficient funds on your card;
  • If all of the above is fine, but your card deposit is still unsuccessful, it may mean that your issuing bank does not authorize your card for making deposits. In that case, please use another card or any other payment method available in your trading account;
• Please, be informed that we will NEVER ask you for any sensitive card details (such as your full card number, CVV code, 3D-secure code, PIN code, etc.). If you received a suspicious request for any sensitive details from an unclear source, please contact us immediately;
• All payments should be make in EUR. Payments made in a different currency will be automatically converted to EUR, in which case your bank or e-Wallet may charge you a conversion fee, which is beyond our control.

2. Withdrawal

• Please note, that a fiat currency or cryptocurrency withdrawal is possible only with the Company’s manual permission;
• Please note, that in some cases, your bank may charge additional fees for transfers;
• Withdrawal payments processing timeline: up to 15 business days.

Important Notice:

We charge a 6% fee for direct purchase using a credit or debit card.

Using FOXCHANGE as a storage vault for your funds allows you to make trades immediately without approvals or additional waiting time from your credit card company. If you choose to use FOXCHANGE as a storage vault for your funds, the total fee is 10% of your transaction: 4% for topping up your FOXCHANGE account and 6% for conducting a transaction.
